Our comfortable one bedroom apartment with exposed stone has a true city feeling! It comfortably fits two and is centrally located on a quiet street, just few blocks from everything. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen and all new for you.

The spaceThis one bedroom apartment with great kitchen and fancy bathroom with all equipment gives you a real city feeling, but in the same time you are able to relax from city crowd. Comfortably, there fit two persons on extra comfortable mattresses, and there is possibility (without extra charging) for one more person to sleep on sofa.

Guest accessMy guests have very clean accommodation, super comfortable beds, washing machine, bathroom cooling/heating, hairdryer, TV, free WI-FI access, air conditioner and heating, full equiped kitchen. You have your private parking without any extra charge.

Interaction with guestsYou will have full privacy, but I am always somewhere near if you need me. I am 24/7 available and ready for provide my service. Just send me e-mail/SMS and I am there as soon as possible...SPEED is my middle name. :)

Other things to note All of my guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink or homemade cakes ..... or maybe you prefer fruit ... you decide :) you are the boss ;)

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.
